You can buy products at www.glowgetter.co.uk. We ship to most parts of the world but if in doubt please call glowgetter customer services on +44 0845 643 0272 or send us an email at customer@glowgetter.co.uk
By phone
Please call us on 0845 643 0272 between 09:30 - 17:30 Monday-Thursday and 09:30 - 15:00 Fridays. Outside of these hours and at very busy times, voicemail will take your details. We will place your order or get back to you as soon as possible, normally within 3 working days.
Non-UK orders
Please e-mail us at customer@glowgetter.co.uk with the full details of your order. You can also place an order via phone, just call us on 0845 643 0272.
Delivery Information
We aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. However, if you wish your order to go out on the same day as it is placed please note that it will need to be with us before 12 am (weekdays only).
UK orders
Standard orders are processed on the day of receipt (excl. Saturday and Sunday) and should be with you in 5-7 days. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will be processed the following business day.
glowgetter's business hours are Monday - Thursday 09:30 - 17:30 Friday 09:30 - 15:00. If it has been more than seven working days and you have not received your product, please contact customer services by email at customer@glowgetter.co.uk or on 0845 643 0272. Please note that processing times may increase occasionally when there is especially heavy demand, e.g. around Christmas.
International orders
glowgetter ships to most countries in the world. In order to ship to you quickly and efficiently we ask that you check your postal details on your order are correct. Also, with all international orders we ask for you to e-mail us at international@glowgetter.co.uk confirming your delivery address. This ensures that your parcel get to you quickly and to the correct address. Often old delivery addresses are on Pay Pal accounts and other payments systems.

Delivery charges
UK Mainland £6.00 for delivery - all of our orders are sent via tracked delivery to try and ensure that your items are received safely and quickly.
We deliver to every address in the UK and EU (excluding P.O Box addresses). However there will be an extra charge if the delivery is outside the UK mainland.
Guarantees + Returns Policy
We at glowgetter want you to enjoy the experience of shopping with us every time. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order we are happy to offer you a refund, exchange or replacement on all goods returned to us within 14 days of the receipt of goods, provided they are in their original, unopened and unused condition.
* Please note we cannot refund any goods which have been used or opened.
Step 1
Please e-mail our customer service team at customer@glowgetter.co.uk to obtain a returns authorisation number (RAN). You will need to provide full details of your purchase. This can be either your receipt from us, PayPal or Sage Pay receipt.
Step 2
Please remember that in order for the return to be processed you must ensure that the package is wrapped securely in the same outer packaging in which you received them in.
Step 3
Please ensure return your package by recorded delivery (retaining your recorded delivery receipt as proof of postage).
Please enclose your name, address, order ID number and reason for return/exchange with your returned products and send it to: glowgetter, 78B Onslow Gardens, London, N10 3JX.
Step 4
All retuned goods will be examined upon receipt as for reasons of hygiene we are unable to offer refunds, replacements or exchanges on any opened, used or damaged goods. We will process your return as quickly as possible and will notify you via e-mail once you refund, replacement or exchange has been processed. During busy periods please allow a maximum of 30 working days for your refund, replacement or exchange to be processed.
Your payment for the goods will be refunded by glowgetter Ltd as soon as possible by the original payment method, no later than 30 working days after the goods have been received. Please note that delivery charges will not be refunded.
Please note that if you have purchased your products via one of our stockists you will need to arrange your return or exchange with them directly.
