Some food makes you feel warm and loved. On my visit to the SHA Clinic a few month’s back, that’s exactly how I felt - somehow more settled emotionally and dare I say it happier. I came back to London feeling lucky about all of the wonderful people in my life that I cared for and cared for me. Bill Tara, pioneer in natural healthcare, leader in the world wide macrobiotic movement and author of several books on the subjects, including the definitive 'Macrobiotics and Human Behaviour' and 'Your Face Never Lies' shares one of his favourite love inducing recipes with us.

For Valentines everywhere

Look after your loved one´s heart this Valentines day with a delicious low fat and naturally sweetened chocolate pudding

3 level tablespoons arrowroot powder
2 tablespoons water
cup and a half almond milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
quarter cup brown rice syrup
quarter cup unsweetened cocoa powder
pinch sea salt

In a small bowl, combine arrowroot and water to form a paste. Stir together the other ingredients and arrowroot mixture in a pan.  Bring to a slow boil stirring constantly until pudding thickens them remove from heat.  Pour into individual glasses, the pudding will continue to thick as it cools.  Once cook refrigerate until chilled.

Hope this helps the health of all those loved hearts out there instead of the normal artery clogging chocolate puddings
