My green check list

1)      recycle
2)      cycle
3)      eat less meat

Being eco-friendly is no longer the preserve of the ‘concerned few’ or people trying to jump on a trend. It’s now gone mainstream, but unfortunately that doesn’t mean the planet is exactly safe yet.

I dream that my future children will be able to swim in clean sea, breathe fresh clean air, and see plants and animal life flourish. I fear this may not happen, but I want to try and do my bit in helping preserve our beautiful planet.

It sounds cliché but it’s the little things that matter. And this month we’re full of ideas on how you can do your bit. Plus there’s lots of fun to be had along the way. If all else fails remember the R mantra – reuse, recycle, reduce.

Go green, feel good.
