If there’s one positive change you can make to your life its eating a healthy whole foods diet. Things that are grown locally are a plus - good for the environment and UK farmers. And, if you can grow some things in your garden it’s not only rewarding but you will really taste the difference.

After suffering with PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome) for many years my switch to a healthy, more vegetarian diet really got me back on track. Within weeks my moods were better, my skin glowed and any wobbly bits vanished.

And today it doesn’t have to be boring. There are some amazing eateries, cooking courses, books and brilliant nutritionists who can get you started on your healthy journey. This month we share with you our best finds which will help make your transition fun and tasty.

Ditch anything in a can, get out to your local farmers markets, grow your own veg and make meals that are colourful and exciting.

Happy grazing!
